RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Clothing:

Please try on your item before removing security tags. If tags are removed or tampered with, the item no longer qualifies for a return. Items approved for exchange or refund must be in original, unworn, unwashed and unaltered condition.
There must be no odor of any kind including, but not limited to, smoke, scents, household smells etc.
Item must be free of all blemishes such as dirt, stains, lotions, pet hair, outdoor debris etc.

All items:

No refund will be issued until returned item is received at my shop.
 

Please send a message within 3 days of receipt of item for authorization if a return or exchange is required. Items returned without authorization will be refused at the post office and will be sent back to buyer.  For items where an exchange is not possible, a refund will be the best option.
Items approved for return must be sent back within 7 days of receipt.

Returned item MUST be sent back, WITH TRACKING, to the address provided at time of authorization; tracking is for buyer's and seller's protection. Please send tracking info via contact link at the bottom of this page. If item is returned without tracking and it is lost in the postal system, an exchange or refund is no longer possible. 

Please note: refunds will be processed promptly by me, however such refunds might not appear on your CC statement for a full billing cycle.

Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless return is due to an error on my part, in which case all postage involved in the entire purchase/return/exchange transaction will be refunded to buyer.

Item damaged in transit: please let me know at once should this happen. I will ask to return EVERYTHING (item, original packaging), in a sturdy, safe box or envelope, WITH TRACKING. Item cost and all postage involved will be refunded to you. I'm pleased to say that in many years of online selling I've never had a shipment damaged.

Please ask any questions you might have about an item BEFORE purchasing, as I would like to avoid returns based on misinformation and/or lack of information.

PAYMENT

Payment is processed by Paypal, the most widely used and accepted as well as secure online payment system. Please be aware that you do not need to have a Paypal account to use Paypal services. You are welcome to use any of the major credit cards for a Paypal transaction. Any refunds will be processed by Paypal as well, returning your funds to your original payment source.



SHIPPING

All items will be shipped via USPS First Class Package or Priority Mail, depending on size and weight. Tracking is included on all orders, as well as insurance where/when appropriate.

Items will ship in 1 to 3 days, except on Sundays or holidays.
